Season Leases

For the DIY hunter or someone looking for a little less guidance we are offering semi-guided and DIY Season Leases.  This is your chance to get after a Monster Iowa Buck on your own terms.  Whichever property you chose will be yours for that given season.  We have properties of all sizes to accommodate to almost any group size.  The farm you select will not be pressured so you are hunting a “fresh” area.  Just contact me to see what we have available. 

D.I.Y- $1500 per person
-Access to the property for the chosen season
-I will patrol the property while you are away
-Basic orientation of the property and you get an aerial photo
-I will show you on the map where the most productive spots are
-I will be in contact with you daily to see how things are going and help you however I can.

Semi-Guided- $2000 per person
-Access to the property for the chosen season
-I will patrol the property while you are away
-Basic orientation of the property and you get an aerial photo
-Stands already hung in the best spots
-I will run trail cams on the farm for you
-You will get a detailed scouting report upon your arrival
-I will help you “game plan” on where to sit and when
-I will be in contact with you daily to see how things are going and help you however I can.
